Your Guide to Eating and Drinking This Labor Day Weekend
Heritage BBQ will showcase five local Chicago chefs competing to promote the consumption of heritage breed pigs raised by local farms. Each chef will be given a 200 lb. pig to create six dishes for attendees, and a panel of judges will vote for Chicago’s “BBQ King or Queen.” Tickets start at $125 and can be purchased here.
Bow & Stern Oyster Bar
