Now that Moody Tongue brewery is operational, brewmaster Jared Rouben and team has placed his highly-anticipated culinary beers on taps at some of the best restaurants and bars in Chicago. Just don't expect his $120 black truffle beer yet—the two currently available beers are the summery Cold-Pressed Paw Paw Belgian (5.5 percent pilsner with citrus flavor) and the Crushed Green Coriander Wit (5 percent wheat with "Fruit Loops aromatics").
