While not a fruit punch or a punch bowl common in sports bars, craft punches are appearing on more and more menus these days. Originally made with a mix of strong liquor, weak liquor, bitter, sour, and sweet ingredients, bartenders in town are taking more liberties in putting their spin on the eighteenth century libation.
