— Opening announcements for the many high-profile restaurants and bars in the Hotel Zachary across from Wrigley Field are coming fast and furious, and West Town Bakery & Tap now has an opening date too. The boozy sweets spot from The Fifty/50 Group will start serving cake-inspired cocktails, hooch milkshakes, and non-alcoholic cakeballs, doughnuts, and more on April 3, ownership revealed via Facebook and Instagram. — Stephanie Izard’s new cookbook “Gather & Graze” will also go on sale everywhere on April 3 and the goat queen will hold a launch party that evening at the Goose Island Barrel Warehouse at 603 W.
