Chance The Rapper is going from playing a pizza delivery guy/werewolf in a movie to designing his own pizza in Chicago. The Chicago-bred Grammy Award-winning rap artist and activist designed the “Take a Chance” pizza — which is shaped like the number 3 — in honor of Connie’s Pizza’s 55th anniversary and the chain will start selling it to the public on October 8. 55 percent of its sales will go to SocialWorks.

— The original BBQ Supply Co., the Rogers Park spot from Budlong Hot Chicken owner Jared Leonard that reopened from renovations last March and was renamed from Rub’s Backcountry Smokehouse, is closed again for more than a month for more remodeling. The kitchen will be the subject of the work this time and management hopes to reopen it by Thanksgiving. The newer Hyde Park spot appears to still be open. Leonard, who has moved to Denver, hasn’t returned a message. He recently closed the Lincoln Square location of the Budlong, while opening another in Evanston at Northwestern University.

— Hot River North cocktail and karaoke bar Blind Dragon now serves food. The pan Asian bar snacks menu includes Thai chicken wings for $12, kalbi beef bao for $7, noodles, satay, and more.

Sweetwater Tavern and Grille, a downtown office worker favorite at 225 N. Michigan Avenue, will close before Christmas for major renovations, a news release announces. Expect it to reopen in March with a brighter space, more seating options, a new bar, and more changes as it reaches its 10th anniversary.

— And finally, Logan Square’s Sunday farmers market is moving to Emporium Logan Square for the fall/winter starting November 4. The weekly market will have four more dates in Logan Square before moving indoors for the year. Likewise, the Green City Market in Lincoln Park moves to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum starting on November 3. On the same date, the 61st Street Farmers Market also goes indoors.
