For the second time this week, video has caught a white man harassing a group of people of color at a Chicagoland restaurant. Chicago police arrested a 23-year-old man after he punched a 59-year-old black man outside a Starbucks at 40 W. Lake St. in The Loop. Video also showed him screaming “Shut up, slave! Do not talk to me!” to another black customer.

The incident, which happened on Tuesday afternoon, began when the man became enraged after someone spilled coffee on his tan suit inside the shop, police said. The 59-year-old was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Streeterville where he was treated and released for an eye injury.

William Boucher was charged on Thursday with three counts of misdemeanor battery, according to ABC Chicago. He also spit on a 30-year-old man and 34-year-old woman, witnesses said. The incident started inside the coffee shop but spilled outside where passers-by tackled him on the sidewalk to end the confrontation after his punch knocked down the victim. Boucher’s also heard yelling this at a black customer: “Get on all fours right now! Get on all fours! Do not walk off on two legs!”

Boucher is due in court on July 5. Starbucks employees told ABC Chicago that he’s been a problem customer in the past. Other media outlets have lifted parts of Boucher’s Facebook profile. DNAinfo deduced the profile didn’t reflect a racist past. However, click through on the link and watch a glimpse of his anti-black present.
