GOLD COAST— Lavish and laid-back steakhouse Maple & Ash debuts Sunday brunch this weekend near the Viagra Triangle. There’s a bottomless mimosa option and the giant “Baller” seafood tower for $175. Carnivores should dig the $250, 60-ounce, and 60-day dry-aged steak. Check out the menu below. There’s also a $40 per person option where folks can grab food at several chef-manned stations. Get reservations here. Brunch is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.

THE LOOP— If patrons want to dine outdoors on a rooftop for brunch, LondonHouse Chicago has the remedy at its LH Rooftop. Starting at 11:30 a.m., brunch will be served. Items include a King Crab Benedict with kale, poached eggs, and spicy hollandaise on brioche. Get reservations here.

NORTH CENTER—Iliana Regan’s Japanese-Midwestern darling Kitsune starts lunch service on Saturday — and for now, it will only be on Saturdays. The restaurant will serve an abbreviated version of its dinner menu that highlights the dishes she thinks are most lunch-friendly, Regan says, including in a $29 three-course special where diners can choose a small plate, a large plate, and a dessert. “We want to start slowly (with Saturdays),” she says, adding that she may expand it to more days down the line. The little hotspot also opened its patio this week, which, at 20-24 seats, “basically doubles the size of the restaurant.”

RIVER NORTH— Centennial Crafted Beer & Eatery is starting brunch this weekend, so folks have more excuse to enjoy its large craft beer list. Check out the menu here. It includes a croque madame, country-fried steak, and smoked brisket hash. Brunch kicks off on Saturday at 11:30 a.m.

RIVER NORTH— Put down those ping pong paddles and grab brunch at SPiN. No, investor Susan Sarandon won’t lecture brunchers, but there’s house-made granola parfait, fried egg sandwiches, and avocado Benedict. Brunch services goes from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Check out the menu below.

WEST LOOP— Do brunchers crave tacos? Bar Takito serves them on Sundays. The papas tacos are filled with thyme-baked potato, Mexican chorizo, quail egg with popcorn tortillas. Check out the full menu below. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.
