Rich Melman’s Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises has flourished mostly in Lincoln Park and River North since 1971. Now the famed local restaurant chain enters new territory in the West Loop/Fulton Market. Beatrix, the third iteration of LEYE’s all-day restaurant, will be the chain’s first in the trendy dining neighborhood.

This location keeps the look of the River North and Streeterville restaurants while debuting a new market with grab-and-go options including salad and hot bars. The West Loop spot, 834 W. Fulton Market, neighbors the Kuma’s Corner that opened last week. Beatrix is known for its coffees and teas, and they’ll brew drinks from Metric and Intelligentsia on Fulton Market. There’s a cocktail lounge with drinks from barman Julian Cox, the L.A. import who joined LEYE last year.

Take a look at the photos below. Beatrix opens at 6 a.m. on Wednesday.

Beatrix, 834 W. Fulton Market, (312) 733-0370, open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Monday through Thursday; 6 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday; 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Brunch served 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Bea’s Market open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays.
