WICKER PARK— The Division Street strip is getting a new Cajun brunch next weekend. Fifolet Cajun & Cocktails, the new-ish New Orleans-themed restaurant in the former Division Ale House space at 1942 W. Division St., is rolling out brunch service on Feb. 11. Chef Kevin Crouse’s menu includes fried alligator hash with seafood gumbo gravy, johnny cakes with honey butter and cayenne streusel, and mac and cheese with pimentos, peas, and wild boar bacon. Cheap mimosas, bellinis, and bloody Marys ($6-7) will be available to wash it down.

WICKER PARK— Do you want fried rice in the morning? Then come into Le Duck Cafe, the new Pan Asian restaurant with a heavy dose of Thai and French flavors, that just opened inside the former Columbus’ Curry spot at 1349 N. Milwaukee Ave. Breakfast/brunch is available 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., so get an early start. The menu, which includes buttermilk pancakes, is below.

THE LOOP—Caribbean brunch anyone? Jamaican staple Mr. Brown’s Lounge is rolling out a Caribbean weekend brunch at its downtown location at the Hard Rock Hotel at 81 E. Wacker Place in the Loop on Feb. 12. The menu will include jerk chicken and waffle, ackee and saltfish, passion fruit bellinis, and jerk bloody Marys.

LINCOLN PARK— Holy Taco!, which opened on Wednesday near DePaul, will get right into it with their weekend brunch. It’s a simple menu, but maybe they can help popularize breakfast tacos more in Chicago. See the menu below, as brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.
