WICKER PARK— Last month, Publican Anker started brunch service, but only on Sundays. Don’t cry, dry those eyes, as One Off Hospitality will begin serving brunch at the Anker on Saturdays starting tomorrow (Feb. 11). Back in the West Loop/Fulton Market, the original Publican served one of the city’s best brunches. Get familiar with Anker’s brunch menu over here. Brunch goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekends.

FULTON MARKET— Honey’s is debuting brunch on Sunday at their downstairs atrium bar. Service will go from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are up on OpenTable. The menu is up online here (PDF). Highlights include a morcilla (blood sausage) hash with pickled Fresno peppers, scallions, poached egg and pimentón hollandaise and a smoked trout with scrambled eggs, fine herbs and sunchokes. Check out the funky drinks, too.

WEST LOOP— Sunday also marks the debut of weekend brunch over at Madison Bar + Kitchen, the cool, new spot from the Union Sushi team. Service goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays and Saturdays (but not this Saturday, Feb. 11). There’s a variety of hashes, breakfast sandwiches and brunch cocktails. Check out the full brunch menu below.
