Just in time for holiday celebrations, Proxi is introducing a new late night menu for drinkers and diners to have a spot to hang out post-dinner. The menu focuses on Proxi’s most popular menu items, and dishes easier to eat for late night nibblers. There’s a touch of joviality with seasonal cocktails and “daiquiris for the crew.”
The menu is streamlined, with classic cocktails available as guests call them, “if we can make it, you got it!” There are also tempura elotes and Malaysian beef curry puffs alongside a big bowl of pho ga, just right for finishing off a night.
The menu comes from chef Andrew Zimmerman and head bartender Josh Relkin and launches tonight, and will be available Monday through Thursday 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
