Big & Little’s, the fast-casual mini-chain with three Chicago locations, has diversified by opening a new restaurant focusing on New York-style pizza and poke. The new spot opened on Wednesday at the former Torta Haus/Fogo 2 Go space, 926 W. Diversey Parkway. The pizza menu will rotate, but for now they’ll only serve pepperoni and sausage slices. The restaurant is called Pizza & Poke by Big & Little’s.

Coming soon...... BIG & little’s style!

The original Big & Little’s feature burgers, tacos, and sandwiches. They serve greasy, inexpensive, and quality American favorites. Their new restaurant’s menu includes poke sold by the pound, poke tacos, and poke crunch wraps. Big & Little’s introduced many Chicagoans to poke, as their Hawaiian-style fish tacos were immediately popular when they debuted at their first location in River North. The new restaurant is to feature a more traditional style of poke with less sauce than what the trendy chains have popularized in Chicago.

The pizza is baked in the same oven Fogo 2 Go used for their Brazillian-style pies. Eventually Big & LIttle’s will offer gluten-free options. Staff may eventually serve a white pizza, too.

It’s a small space with only a few seats where customers won’t linger. In typical NY style, they’ll quickly chew their slices and leave. The restaurant should stay open after midnight on Friday and Saturday. Check out a photo of the current menu below.
