GOLD COAST—After just coming aboard in March, longtime lauded barman Adam Seger is no longer at swanky steak hotspot Maple & Ash—and hasn't been for "some time," according to reps and management. MAGNIFICENT MILE— Longtime River North restaurant Lawry’s The Prime Rib has hired Leonard Delgado as the steakhouse’s new executive chef, according to a news release. He comes over from the Landry’s in Kansas City and a stint at the Hard Rock Cafe where he served as executive chef.
WICKER PARK— Opening Queen Mary bar manager Mony Bunni has exited Heisler's buzzy sailor-inspired saloon on Division Street. She’s moving downtown to Boleo, as the imminently-opening South American restaurant and rooftop bar inside The Kimpton Gray Hotel is stockpiling talent. She'll be a bartender there. Meanwhile, Queen Mary’s general manager Dan Smith will assume Bunni’s roles in Wicker Park.
