Amy Morton's second Evanston restaurant, her sequel to Found, should arrive in the north of the border next month. The Barn will seat 75 to 80 people inside a 19th Century brick building that previously housed a horse barn, reports the Tribune.

Expect a throwback restaurant with plenty of "tableside touches" and a traditional three-part meaty menu. The Barn is also bringing in two familiar faces from Found: executive chef, Nicole Pederson and general manager Stefen Bosworth.

Check back this month for more on Morton's latest project.
