The owners of Sportsman's Club and Pub Royale hope they've created a place for day walkers and night owls with Estereo, their cafe serving coffee that transforms into a bar at night pouring Latin American-inspired cocktails. The space at 2450 N. Milwaukee Ave. debuts to the public on Monday and likewise will open at 11 a.m. daily.

Heisler Hospitality's newest space soaks up sunlight, as it sits on the corner of Milwaukee and Sacramento avenues. In lieu of windows, there are seven garage doors the roll up to create a cross breeze. The triangular bar sits in the middle, surrounded by 35 stationary stools on the sides as bright tiles and wood details accent the space.

Patrons will have a choice of 10 specialty cocktails, as they've brought in staff from Sportsman's and Lone Wolf. They'll pour Dark Matter coffee and guests will hear a variety of Latin and Caribbean music on vinyl.
