The latest restaurant from the team behind Fifty/50 Restaurant Group (Homestead on the Roof, Berkshire Room, The Sixth, Roots Handmade Pizza) is opening today inside The Kimpton Gray Hotel in the Loop. Steadfast gives patrons another venue to sip on bartender Benjamin Schiller's unique cocktails.

The venture represents a leap for Fifty/50 as they present guests a fine-dining experience with a clean, modern design. The bar seats 20, while the dining room accommodates about 70. There's also a 14-seat wine room. Entrees include a cured pork loin and a prime bone-in beef filet. But there are also larger, sharable dishes like a whole-roasted duck and butter-poached Maine lobster. The menu excludes details on their in-house charcuterie program from Scott Manley.

Check out what they will serve and photos of the space below.

Steadfast, inside the Kimpton Gray Hotel at 120 W. Monroe St., (312) 801-8899, open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
