Devil Dawgs, the popular casual restaurant with locations in Lincoln Park and the South Loop, is planning to open its third establishment by Labor Day at 1431 N. Milwaukee Ave., DNAinfo reports. Expect a "Wicker Dog," a chopped salad, milkshakes, slushies and more—but no booze.
