Five years ago, news surfaced that former Tru and Trio chef Rick Tramonto was interested in a return to Chicago. Tramonto in 2010 left for New Orleans where he opened Restaurant R'evolution. Now Crain's reports Tramonto has signed a lease for a restaurant space inside the OneEleven apartment complex, 111 W. Wacker Dr., where he'll open another Restaurant R'evolution.

It's a two-level, 14,000-square-foot space in the luxury apartment building which is shared with AceBounce, the ping pong club that opened on Tuesday. Tramonto's staff serves Cajun and creole cuisine over at Restaurant R'evolution, but brass told Crain's that the restaurant would still speak to locals. No opening timeframe was provided, so stay tuned for more.
