He'll oversee the property's kitchens at Stetsons Modern Steak + Sushi, American Craft Kitchen & Bar, BIG Bar, and Market Chicago, plus room service. It's Hyatt's largest property in the world.

WICKER PARK— Craft Pizza has a new pastry chef. Julie Cohen is a former pastry assistant at Revolution Brewery & Tap Room. Under Cohen, Craft has debuted weekend breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon when they'll serve New York-style bagels. The bagels are a big deal for Cohen, who's a Long Island native.
