Ownership wants diners to know that the Beacon Tavern isn't just about seafood. When Billy Lawless (The Gage, Acanto) opens his next restaurant tomorrow, guests will find a trio of crudo, oysters and plenty of fish on the menu. However, management wants diners to find solace in lamb meatballs, fried chicken and steak options.

Executive chef Bob Broskey comes from L20 and Intro, and certainly he's comfortable cooking with creatures from under the sea. There's a dish of salt cod doughnuts with creme fraiche and potatoes. Entrees include a lobster with bucatini, curry, lobster jus and lime; as well as a traditional fish and chips.

Check out the dinner, dessert and drink menus below. Beacon Tavern is scheduled to open for dinner on Tuesday at 405 N. Wabash Ave.
