A month after closing Joe Fish, Rosebud Restaurants is back in the news. Rosebud founder Alex Dana is taking over the PJ Clarke's space vacated late last year. He'll rechristen the spot as the Tip Top Inn, targeting to open as early as next week, reports DNAinfo.
The focus will be on locally-sourced foods, apparently with minimal processing. Tip Top Inn is a side venture for Dana, and it's about two and half blocks north of Carmine's, which is a Rosebud restaurant. DNAinfo also had another nugget: Apparently Centro Ristorante, which shuttered last year and his since been replaced by Imperial Lamian, will reopen in a new location. Looks like they'll return inside the Joe Fish space.
