Iliana Regan's Bunny, The Micro Bakery Closes Indefinitely

The toast of the town, Food & Wine Best New Chef Iliana Regan's bakery, suddenly closed today. According to Bunny, The Micro Bakery's Facebook page, the restaurant is undergoing repairs and will be closed until further notice. Its newsletter reiterated the same sentiment — sans mention of repairs — but clarified that the space will still host this weekend's WunderPOP dinner.

Regan declined to comment on the state of the bakery or if and when it will reopen. This isn't the first time Bunny closed temporarily. Meanwhile, progress on her forthcoming Japanese concept, Kitsune, is slowly moving forward. In the meantime, look elsewhere for a fancy toast fix.
