Watch Rick Bayless Celebrate 4/20 With Stoner-Friendly Taco Video

The gift that is the Rick Bayless YouTube channel continues to give, this time celebrating the stoner holiday that is 4/20. In a very special edition of Taco Tuesday, Bayless shows viewers how to whip up tacos with potatoes, bacon, chicharrón and cheese.

With disbelief, Bayless peers at a photo of himself on a package of Frontera marinade: "Hi, little Ricky!"

After watching the video, the main question surrounds Bayless' state of mind. A PR rep said the chef was not stoned during filming. That's just great acting.

"[T]he truth is I never touch the stuff," Bayless wrote on the YouTube page. "Well, certainly not recently (remember, I came of age in the ‘60s). Besides, I'm a mezcal man."

Worry not, weed isn't essential to enjoying these tacos. Check out the recipe (which involves caramelizing onions in bacon fat), below.
