That was fast. After just opening about four months ago, Rojo Gusano, the taco and Mexican restaurant from chef Dudley Nieto, is already going for round two. The second location is heading to 3131 N. Central Ave., formerly Mama Mia Restaurant, is slated to open in mid-to-late May.
Rojo Gusano II will be half the size as the Albany Park original, seating 40 rather than 80. It will serve the same food menu with a full bar that's heavy on mezcal. Look for it in late spring.
