This morning, the Alinea Group shared the first peek inside the hotly-anticipated Roister. The single photo, posted on Facebook, shows the chef's table and kitchen located in the back of the restaurant, near the southwest wall, complete with Grant Achatz in the kitchen. As advertised, the feel looks much more casual compared to older siblings Alinea and next-door at Next. The color palette is dark and rustic, and the seats appeared to be cushioned with a grayish-blue hue.

The staff at Roister continue to scurry about in preparation for an imminent opening. Friends and family dinners are being held seemingly nightly and the team assembled Wednesday at the Fulton Market space, as Grant Achatz and Co. held some last-minute training that lasted the majority of afternoon. The group at 951 W. Fulton Market even ordered Potbelly for lunch.

Tock has launched its site for Roister tickets but hasn't yet made them available. Keep your eyes there as they could be for sale at any moment. Nick Kokonas hasn't revealed an opening date, as everyone's acting stealthy. Stay tuned.
