Inside Robert's Pizza Co., Streeterville's New Home of Artisanal Thin Crust

It opens today in the former Flour & Stone space

Streeterville eaters are getting a new artisanal pizza place today. Robert's Pizza Co., a sleek new thin-crust spot, is opening to the public in the former Flour & Stone space on Ohio Street.

Robert's touts founders Robert and Dana Garvey's family-recipe house pizza dough that's used in a variety of standard and unique pies, such as huevos rancheros and roasted red grapes and fennel. Cocktails and small selections of wine and craft beer are on the menu, as well as a few salads and appetizers. Check out the full menu below.

The space is modern and bright, with a full bar and trendy brown banquettes among the restaurant's 48 seats. A staircase leads to two more floors which will be used for events and private dining.

Robert's Pizza Co., 355 E. Ohio St., open Monday through Thursday 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Friday 4 p.m. until 11 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. until 11 p.m.
