—The 2016 edition of the Chicago leg of Cochon 555, the annual traveling porky cooking competition, will once again feature five of the city's top chefs. Sarah Grueneberg (Monteverde), Philip Foss (EL Ideas), Cory Morris (Rural Society), Sarah Rinkavage (Lula Cafe) and Alfredo Nogueira (Analogue) are on tap to prepare multiple dishes from one whole hog on April 24 at the Loews Chicago Hotel.
