Roister Opening Creeps Closer After Acquiring Liquor and Business Licenses

When will Roister open? Nick Kokonas isn't saying, but the hotly-anticipated restaurant from the Alinea Group just cleared another two obstacles. The city on Thursday granted Roister's liquor and business licenses.

Presumably, that means Roister will open soon in the former iNG space on Fulton Market, especially now that the Alinea residence in Miami wrapped up on March 13. The last update was Kokonas, Grant Achatz and Co. had opened the hiring process for restaurant staff.
