Opening day’s almost here for one of fall’s most anticipated restaurants, Entente. The new casual, fine dining spot from Ty Fujimura (Arami) will treat guests to a wide range of modern American dishes starting next Friday, Oct. 14.
The team has completely overhauled the former Ani space and given it a more polished, wood-accented look. The main dining room now features bench seating along with an eight-seat bar, while the back of the house replaces the comfy couch Ani once had with more tables. Diners in the back area will be able to peer into the kitchen and watch as chef Brian Fisher whips up plates of tartar, pork belly, duck and more.
Beyond the seasonal a la carte offerings, there will also eventually be the option of a tasting menu experience. That should be no problem for Fisher, whose most recent stint was at Saved By The Max but previously worked at Schwa. The food is complemented by beverage director Angie Silberberg’s list of craft cocktails, local beers, wines and spirits from around the globe. Reservations are now live on Reserve.
