For everyone desperate for details of the sushi concept inside Intro Chicago, Lettuce Entertain You has finally released some. After the departure of Juno's B.K. Park and his former partner Jason Chan, LEYE pivoted, as they've announced a Jan. 20 opening, a new name and chef. They're calling it Naoki Sushi, as in Naoki Nakashima, LEYE's longtime sushi chef who's worked for Shaw's Crab House and Tokio Pub.

Nakashima is now in charge, as LEYE touted a menu consisting of nigiri and sashimi, plus contemporary and classic Japanese dishes. The restaurant will have room for a bit more than originally planned, as now it'll seat 50. Reservations will be made via OpenTable and phone. That's a change from the original concept for the space, as Nishiguchi was to use Tock. Walk-ins will be encouraged, they'll later offer take out and delivery from the Belden-Stratford Hotel, as the restaurant is casual.
Check back next week for more details, including the full menu and photos of the space.
