Their two other locations remain open.

Reza's Restaurant, a long-time staple for Persian food in Chicago, has closed its River North location. A sign sticking to the front door shared the news that the massive Ontario Street location's dining room was closed. Customers could still make delivery orders, and the two other Reza's locations remain unaffected.

Attempts to get in touch with owners weren't immediately successful. Reza's, which still has locations in Andersonville and Oak Brook, also had a Lincoln Park location at 2423 N. Clark St., where the sports bar LP Stadium now stands. The owner, Reza Toulabi, was involved in a lawsuit in 2013 filed by his brother who alleged Toulabi wanted to harm his sibling.

The original Andersonville location of Reza's opened in the 1980s, gaining a legion of customers who enjoyed skewered Mediterranean meats and other favorites. Check back later for any updates.
