Co-owner Nick Kokonas isn't confirming any details yet, saying "we will be announcing the details of both in mid-October."

—Rockit Ranch's reconcepting of Ay Chiwowa may not happen after all, as the space and its 4 a.m. liquor license are now for sale for a cool $495,000. This led us to putting it on the market to better assess if we should sell or reconcept, especially at a time when we are focusing on our newest concepts." Stay tuned.
