—Start getting ready for some sexy steak. STK Chicago, the forthcoming location of the "sexiest steakhouse experience you've ever had," has opened the reservation lines after receiving its business license. It could open as soon as late next week.

—Maria's Community Bar's brewery arm Marz Community Brewing has secured a large building on 36th and Iron Streets for a future facility.
