It'll serve dim sum all day, every day.

It didn't long for MingHin to move in, as the Chinatown dim sum specialists have opened inside the former Yum Cha Dim Sum Parlor in Lakeshore East. Ownership is calling the new location MingHin on Grant Park and it began serving last week.

Given the short turn around—Yum Cha officially closed less than two weeks ago—the restaurant's interiors don't look like they've experienced significant changes. MingHin's been a Chinatown favorite for years, while Yum Cha, a collaboration that included chef Rodelio Aglibot, lasted 16 months.

MingHin on Grant Park, 333 E. Benton Place, Suite No. 30, open 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily, (312) 228-1333.
