NAVY PIER— The Chicago Culinary Museum and Chefs Hall of Fame will once more honor a few chefs for their 10th annual event. They named Tony Mantuano as chef of the year, Judy Contino as pastry chef of the year, J. Joho as legendary chef, Georges "Kiki" Cuisance as industry legend, and both Steve Lombardo and Hugo Ralli as industry leaders. The fundraiser will be held on Oct. 15 at Navy Pier's Crystal Garden.
