The 89-room hotel planned at the Wicker Park tower at North, Milwaukee and Damen will include two restaurants and a lounge. One restaurant would sit on the roof, near the pool, and include a bar. The Mexican-based operators, Grupo Habita, could complete their project around spring 2016.

There's no further details on the restaurant. However, the lounge, located on the lower level, would serve coffee during the day and morph into a cocktail spot at night, reports DNAinfo. There's no name attached to the project at Northwest Tower, 1600 N. Milwaukee Ave. Grupo Habita operates 13 hotels in Mexico. They also run the Hotel Americano in New York's Chelsea neighborhood.
