Ada Street needs a new executive chef, as Zoe Schor will leave the acclaimed restaurant at the end of the month. She told the Tribune, without going into specifics, that she'll pursue a new project of her own in Chicago.

Schor has guided Ada Street to three-straight Michelin Guide Bib Gourmands, as the only executive chef in the restaurant's history. She hit the ground running in 2012, frequently popping up on critics' best newcomer lists. Schor spent time at Thomas Keller's Bouchon and Tom Colicchio's Craft before arriving in Chicago.

Ada Street is part of DMK Restaurants (mK, DMK Burger Bar, Henry's, etc.). A successor hasn't been named, and Schor's last day is Aug. 30.
