THE LOOP—Some food upgrades could be coming to Remington's. 4 Star Restaurant Group's Michigan Avenue restaurant hired former W-Lakeshore and OneSixty Blue chef Greg Elliot as its new chef, replacing opening chef Russell Kook, according to corporate chef Todd Stein.
