An altercation at a suburban Chuck E. Cheese's led to an arrest, and it didn't involve children, Skee-Ball or a creepy animatronic mouse. A 29-year-old Chicago woman grew angry after waiting 30 minutes for workers to replenish the salad bar, and demanded a refund, according to The Daily Southtown. A worker at the Oak Lawn restaurant then denied that refund request, igniting an incident where the woman allegedly threw plastic cups and a metal basket that contained cotton candy at the worker.

There's no report about any injuries to the worker. Oak Lawn police charged Dominque Heard with battery and criminal damage to property. Heard also allegedly knocked down and broke a glass display case. The worker reportedly denied the refund because Heard noshed on other items. Chuck E.
