FULTON MARKET— Starting Wednesday, Publican Quality Meats debuts breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays. Here's some menu highlights: Multigrain (peach butter and fromage blanc), semolina (avocado, arbol salsa, tomato and scrambled eggs), sourdough (pimento cheese, dill pickle, fried egg and country ham), breakfast burrito (PQM bacon, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and salsa) and Butcher's breakfast (PQM bacon, breakfast sausage, potatoes and country bread with two fried eggs). LINCOLN PARK— Epiphany Restaurant and Bar appears closed at 734 W. Fullerton. The phone number's been disconnected, their website's come down and reportedly there's a "for rent" sign in the window. The Cajun restaurant opened at the end of 2014. [EaterWire]

LAKEVIEW— Nando's Peri-Peri is giving away food in Lakeview. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday on Diversey, customers can receive either a free quarter chicken, chicken sandwich, wrap or pita. It's one item per person, and until supplies last, excluding drinks and sides. The "Nando's Dash" promotions are popular in the D.C. area. [EaterWire]
