SKOKIE—Cajun-style seafood, best-known in Chicago at the hotspot The Angry Crab, is officially a thing as The Boiler Crab & Crawfish, from the people behind Kabul House, quietly opened in Skokie a few weeks ago. There's the requisite seafood by the pound, sauce combinations, parchment paper on tables and bibs. Status: Certified open, 3445 Dempster St., Skokie.
