ANDERSONVILLE— The Hopleaf and Big Shoulders are hosting a new monthly beer social. The regular event will be on the second Tuesday of the month and include beer samples, snacks and chats with local brewers. RIVER WEST— A 25-year-old Australian transplant has won a Kendall College/Le Cordon Bleu College student sandwich-making contest and will have her sandwich appear on menu at Hannah's Bretzel.
