LAKEVIEW— Smallcakes: A Cupcakery and Creamery opened a location on June 30 in Lakeview. They offer 11 flavors of homemade cupcake-infused ice cream daily. The national chain also has locations in Naperville, St. Charles and South Barrington. Status: Certified open, 3054 N. Greenview St.
