Buttercrust and sausage patties aren't enough to convince him otherwise.

Anthony Bourdain once more declared his disdain for Chicago deep-dish pizza. Bourdain, in town tonight for the Chicago stop on his 10-city tour, has never been shy for his dislike for deep dish, but reiterated it when speaking with DNAinfo.

While Bourdain hates deep dish, calling it an "abomination," he did show some love for the rest of Chicago's dining scene, as the "Parts Unknown" host is ever complimentary of the city's culinary talent. Then he turned diplomat, remaining tight-lipped on other Chicago topics. He didn't disclose his favorite neighborhood or if he preferred the Cubs or the White Sox.

DNAinfo didn't interview Bourdain at a restaurant or a bar (like Bourdain's favorite Old Town Ale House). They found him at Team Redzovic, a Jiu Jitsu dojo in Lincoln Square. No word if he'll show off his martial arts skills 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Auditorium Theater, but there are few tickets still available.
