The Windsor's credo is "food that goes great with wine and whisky." Diners will get to test that out on July 23 when 4 Star Restaurant Group's new restaurant opens in Streeterville.

Chef Todd Stein was named 4 Star's corporate chef in October, and the Windsor's his baby. The menu's full of modern American items, like prime rib off the rotisserie and small plates like Korean short rib and smoked trout dip. The bourbon shake (caramel, vanilla, bourbon milkshake) is a dessert standout. There's also a weekend brunch with rotisserie chicken hash and a Bloody Mary garnished with jumbo shrimp.

Four Star (Smoke Daddy, Crosby's Kitchen) continues to keep busy. They opened The Remington in May. Check out the menus for the Windsor below. It opens July 23 at 160 E. Huron St.
