Still find yourself jonesing for Hot Doug's signature sausages? By now you're well aware that owner Doug Sohn will be serving a number of them up at the upcoming Dog Dayz of Summer (held at Goose Island's Barrel Aging Warehouse), which brings together Sohn's meat in tube form specialties along with Goose Island beer and plenty of music. But you did not know specifically which meaty icons would make the cut. Until now.
Released this morning and first reported by the Tribune, Sohn's menu includes a veritable greatest hits of sausages past (alas, no foie gras and Sauternes duck sausage with truffle aioli).

Sohn will be personally taking orders, just like the good ole days and yes, the duck fat fries are coming with him, too.
There will be two sessions at day, noon and 5:00 p.m. and tickets are still available at $75 a pop, which gets you Goose Island beer tickets and unlimited sausages and duck fat fries.
