WICKER PARK—Turns out there are some people that are not all that thrilled about the idea of an alcohol-serving Taco Bell invading their neighborhood. Ald. Joe Moreno's office, along with neighbors, are asking for alcohol service to cut off at midnight and for a security guard to be on site.
