After hosting The Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger and Ron Wood last week, Boka Group's hot Japanese restaurant Momotaro attracted a visit from more rock royalty this Saturday evening in the form of U2 members Bono and The Edge. Chef Mark Hellyar snapped a photo of the pair's order and the Boka Group's co-founder Kevin Boehm posted it to his Facebook page.
From the photo you can see most of what the Irish rockers ordered, including Momotaro tartare, Ogo (Hawaiian seaweed salad), yasei no hiramasa (seared wild yellowtail), raibu kani no salada (live Dungeness crab), chili mentaiko spaghetti, tsukiji don buri and zuke tuna. Additionally, reps say they also grabbed wasabi fried rice and A5 Miyazaki beef strip loins.
U2 have been in town for a total of five shows at the United Center with the final one happening Thursday. If you spot the band dining out, let us know.
