WEST LOOP—Signage is up at Bar Siena, the latest concept from Dineamic Group (Siena Tavern, Prime & Provisions) and they're anticipating a late July opening. The space will have 180 seats spread over two levels and the food will feature antipasti and pizzas, along with something they're calling a BomboBar which will serve Italian doughnuts, shaved ice, gelato and more. WEST TOWN—Mexique's Carlos Gaytan will host Top Chef season 12 fan favorite Katsuji Tanabe as well as that season's winning chef Mei Lin this Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12.
