1) ST. BEN'S—The expansion for The Long Room has a name: Sidecar. Ownership is almost ready to open the new digs, which includes a kitchen. [EaterWire]
2) BUCKTOWN—AMK Kitchen Bar now has a June 10 opening date. The American-themed restaurant was slated for a mid-May open at 1954 W. Armitage Ave. [DNAinfo]
3) MAGNIFICENT MILE—Mr. Brown's Lounge is slated for a June 12 opening inside the Hard Rock Hotel. The Jamaican spot is the replacement for Fallout Boy's Pete Wentz's Angels & Kings inside the hotel at 81 E. Wacker Pl. It's Mr. Brown's second location. [EaterWire]
4) STREETERVILLE—The Windsor, 4 Restaurant Group's (Crosby's Kitchen, Remington's) new restaurant with chef Todd Stein, is slated for a mid-July opening at 160 E. Huron St. 4 Star's describing it as "Crosby's urban cousin." [EaterWire/Crain's]
5) LINCOLN PARK—Teavana, Starbucks' chain of tea retailers, is planning a tea cafe in Lincoln Park. They're planning to move into the former Hanig's Slipper Box at Diversey Parkway and Clark Street. There's also plans for another Teavana Fine Teas & Tea Bar at 200 N. Michigan Ave. [Crain's]

7) THE LOOP—A location of Costa Vida, a Utah-based fast-casual Mexican chain, is heading to 218 W. Lake St. The chain has many western locales but the Loop restaurant will be only its second location east of the Mississippi, as the other is outside of Atlanta. [EaterWire]
8) UKRAINIAN VILLAGE—Another Mexican spot is replacing a former torta spot at 949 N. Western Ave. Salsa Picante, which advertises "charbroiled tacos" on its signage, is heading to the former Tatoco on the same block as Leghorn and across the street from Sportsman's Club. [EaterWire]
